Necessity being the mother of reinvention, the Covid-19 crisis has dramatically accelerated corporate digital transformation. As companies hurry to develop new digital capabilities to build resilience and retool for the post-pandemic world, setting up your digital transformation foundation is critical now more than ever. To drive lasting change, you will need to design a whole new roadmap across your entire organizational value chain, including people, technology, and business models.

Shaping the Future of Work post COVID-19

As both COVID-19 and technology completely transformed our economy, the types of skills required of employees have changed drastically and will continue to do so. What is it that allows some to adapt, re-think and disrupt, whilst others are left behind? How can we prepare employees for a new world of work amidst constant change and unprecedented technological upheaval?

In this talk Lital Marom reveals how to adapt and think about up-skilling and re-skilling the workforce. Digital transformation is a major component of business strategy today and focusing on employee learning and skills is key.

THINK BIG and ACT FAST: How to Self-Disrupt during a Crisis

In the past decades a new breed of companies has been growing and scaling at a pace never seen before. Many reached $1B market CAPs in a matter of years, some in a matter of months. Their secret? A platform business model. Interestingly, we are seeing that even though the economy is tanking from the impact of the COVID-19 and many businesses are battling for survival, there are also winners, those who thrive. Those winners are the Big Tech companies which are built differently than most and they are leveraging unique building blocks that allow them to scale and thrive amidst our current crisis.

Lital Marom shares the unique opportunities and key advantages that classic companies have over today’s modern start-ups. In this talk, she shows classic companies how to disrupt themselves before someone else does—by thinking big and acting fast.

Wealth Management & the Platform Economy

Recovery from Covid will present one of the most serious challenges to the global markets in the years ahead. Companies in wealth management need to change their business models and offerings to serve their wealthy clients better. The wealth management industry is likely to face more pressure as client needs and expectations change faster. Reimagine your Post-COVID-19 Future by amplifying your impact, identifying opportunities to innovate, and bringing transformative growth to your own portfolio of businesses before someone else does.

We will also see that the demographics of wealthy clients will be very different from the past, as Gen Xers will be entering retirement, Gen Yers will be in their prime earning years, and Gen Zers will be climbing the career ladder. Also, women will grow their wealth faster than men!!

Effectively serving the world’s wealth is going to get far more complex in the years ahead. And as digitization lowers barriers to entry to wealth management as a business, competition will intensify. It all comes down to digital transformation. Wealth management leaders will need to serve their clients better, develop more personalized value propositions, enhance ESG and impact-investment offerings, invest in fintech, digital & data, and design a state-of-the-art technology platform.
