Change Management Pursuing Your Passion and Obtaining Excellence

  • It isn't easy to make complex management concepts simple. But Hugh's presentation goes beyond simplifying theory - and actually makes it entertaining. Our members left feeling motivated, re-energized, and inspired. I had tremendous positive feedback from the attendees on Hugh's sense of humour, relaxed public speaking skills, and ability to draw everyone into the conversation. It's always great to see that combination of genuine passion and wisdom about a subject.

    - Canadian Netherlands Business and Professional Association
  • I have listened to many speakers throughout my career and I was pleasantly surprised that I learned more than one thing new from you. I loved the fresh approach of learning how to motivate ourselves through life and business challenges by watching, listening and learning from the strategies of children of all ages. It hit home, I know I must have heard that message a million times before, but it finally hit home and resonated because of the parallels you drew.

    - Wynford Group

He combined a natural flair for storytelling with great business-related examples to deliver his message which made the presentation very engaging. I also appreciated how Hugh took the time to understand our needs for the event and tailored his presentation to meet our needs.

    - Junior Achievement of Central Ontario
  • Hugh was a phenomenal keynote speaker. His message was incredibly relevant for our industry, he was engaging, and he really got the attendees involved - the room was buzzing with enthusiasm. After his talk was complete, I heard nothing but wonderful compliments about it.
